making a request;

to make a request, email me at feelyourbones@yahoo.com. put your username & paid request in the subject line & please state your currency somewhere in your email so i can calculate everything correctly. please use the form provided also use a seperate form per request. once i've received payment, there will be no refunds given.

if you request $5.00 worth of blinkies (not including fees) you will be put on my loved list for 3 months.
if you request $10.00 worth of blinkies (not including fees) you will be put on my loved list for 6 months.
if you request $15.00 worth of blinkies (not including fees) you will be put on my loved list for 9 months.
